* What is Level 2 Support Coordination?
Level 2 Support Coordination helps you make the most of your NDIS plan. It includes:
- Helping you understand and manage your NDIS plan.
- Building your confidence to make choices and solve problems.
- Finding and connecting with services that suit your needs.
- Making sure all your services work together to help you reach your goals.
- Advocating for you, including support with NDIS plan reviews.
* How do I get Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is a stated support that may be included in your NDIS plan under capacity building.
Assistance is available for participants whose Support Coordination is listed as self-managed or plan-managed. Unfortunately, agency-managed participants cannot be supported at this stage.
